I stayed here for 3 days with my whole family of 9 members .... the location of hotel is awesome ....mostly online booking customer have no option to see pictures and book ..... they take profit of this..... if you want to pay handsome money just for view then this hotel is for you.... it is quite and away from crowd.... very calm and free from noise... morning view is awesone .... food is very good but after dinner or tea they didn't bother to clean the room ....they charge 10% extra on bill for room service but they didn't clean the table after meal.... while after final payment at 12 am beacause i was plan to leave early morning so i clear at 12.03 am the management person cancel my booking of booking.com at 12.06 am. so i cannot able to review on booking.com as i stay there for 3 days they show that we didn't live there.....i asked him why you do this then he told to ask booking.com .......this is really pathetic...... this was horrible experience .......

Great location , clean rooms , good food , quiet and away from crowd. Covid free and well sanatized. Almost 3 kms from the mall road and the view is best from this location. And most of the places to see around are nearby !!

Even in the cold months of december it is not mentioned that the heaters are chargeable. Also, the heaters are of bad quality. The food is okay. The location, though it has a good view of the mountains, is really inaccessible die to icing of roads ( it's really slippery). Woudnt recommend. Also the TV doesn't have a subscription dth connection so of no use. Wouldn't recommend. There is a better hotel nearby called Mountain View. That's much better.

This hotel has amazing views from the rooms. Location is slightly away from mall road thought Auto / taxi are available which are convenient. The floor we stayed needs a little bit of maintenance but other floors were much better. Rooms are very spacious. Close to Hadimba temple. The location is quiet and peaceful. Value for money is very high.

The cottage was in very poor condition. Service was very bad.even wires were coming out of switch board dangerous for small kids. Inspite of ordering veg food, non-veg was served. 3rd class cottage...
